Terms of Acceptance

1. Acceptance of Music and Participation in the Selection Process for Highlights
– The registered entity agrees to receive music made available on the Radiospott platform
for evaluation and potential inclusion in its programming.
– The registered entity consents to participate in the selection process for highlights
promoted by Radiospott, understanding that the selection will be conducted based on the
platform’s internal criteria.
– The registered entity acknowledges that participation in this process does not guarantee
being featured, as the decision is at the sole discretion of the Radiospott team.
2. Accuracy and Veracity of Registration Information
– The registered entity certifies that all information provided during the registration process
is truthful, complete, and accurate.
– The registered entity acknowledges that the data submitted is its sole responsibility, and
there is no falsification or intentional omission.
– The registered entity commits to keeping its information up to date and correcting any
errors or inconsistencies as soon as they are identified.
– Radiospott is not liable for any issues arising from false or inaccurate information
provided by the radio station.
3. Content and Brand Restrictions
– Our platform and apps strictly prohibit adult content, sexually explicit music, and sounds
of a sexual nature.
– Radio stations and Podcasts bearing the names of nationally or globally recognized
brands cannot be registered.
– Radio stations and Podcasts with identical names may be accepted, provided there is no
opposition from another broadcaster that holds the legally registered trademark with the
INPI.
– Due to restrictions under Brazilian Law No. 9.504, dated September 30, 1997, which
governs electoral campaigns, we are not authorized to register radio stations named after
candidates or political campaigns.
4. Legal Disclaimer on False Information
– Users are strictly prohibited from registering their own personal data as contact
information for a radio station.
– Such an act constitutes ideological falsehood, a crime as defined under Article 299 of the
Brazilian Penal Code:
*“Omitting, in a public or private document, a statement that should be included therein,
or inserting or causing to be inserted a false or different statement from the one that should
have been written, with the purpose of harming rights, creating obligations, or altering the
truth about a legally relevant fact.”*
